Infinity Launchpad

From AI ambition to measured results in six weeks

Infinity Launchpad puts InfinityOmnia live on one of your sites, measures one KPI you already care about, and hands you a costed plan to scale. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited to your first-year subscription.

Serving the GCC, India and the USA.

Why AI pilots stall

No owned outcome

Nobody is accountable for a number, so success is a matter of opinion.

Disconnected from daily work

The model runs beside the operation instead of inside it.

Data treated as a blocker

Readiness becomes a project of its own and the pilot never starts.

No path to scale

The pilot proves a point but was never designed to become production.

How Launchpad works

  1. Step 12 weeks

    Assess

Ranked use cases, KPI baseline, ROI model.

Gate: Sponsor signs the Pilot scope

  2. Step 26 weeks

    Pilot

Live on one site, AI agents and IoT connected, weekly KPI tracking, value readout.

Gate: Lead KPI moves against baseline

  3. Step 390 days

    Scale

    Multi-site rollout and enterprise integrations.

Gate: Subscription live across agreed sites

Each tier’s fee is credited toward the next.

The six-week pilot

Week 1
Readiness sprint

Confirm the lead KPI, pull the twelve-month baseline, map data sources.

Week 2
Configure

Load assets, locations and users; connect IoT and data feeds.

Weeks 3–4
Go live

Switch on the industry agents and dashboards; train site users; start weekly tracking.

Week 5
Tune

Adjust thresholds, workflows and agent prompts from live results.

Week 6
Value readout

Measured KPIs against baseline, scale roadmap and costed business case.

Industry plays

The same six-week pilot, with the outcome and KPI your industry already reports on.

† Pilot target, confirmed against your own baseline in week one. Not a guaranteed result.

What you get

  • A live deployment on one site, line, building or store cluster.
  • A KPI scorecard measured weekly against your own baseline.
  • A scale roadmap for the sites that follow.
  • A costed business case for the board or investment committee.

What we need from you

  • A named executive sponsor who owns the lead KPI.
  • A site owner who can open doors on the ground.
  • Twelve months of maintenance or operations history.
  • Network access for IoT and data feeds.
  • A decision date for the conversion review.

Pricing is shared after a scoping call

Launchpad is fixed-fee and fixed-timeline, but the scope depends on the site and the KPI, so we confirm it with you rather than publish a number that will not fit. The pilot fee is credited against your first-year subscription if you continue.

Security and data residency

  • In-region hosting, with UAE and India regions available.
  • You own your data; we process it under your instruction.
  • Role-based access with full audit trails.
  • Governed AI — agents propose, people approve.

Questions

What does it cost?

Pricing is fixed and shared after a short scoping call, because the scope depends on the site and the KPI. The pilot fee is credited against your first-year subscription if you continue.

Do we need clean data?

No. Week one is a readiness sprint. If the gap is larger than a week's work we start with the two-week Assess instead, and that fee is credited to the pilot.

We already have a CMMS or BMS — does this replace it?

No. Launchpad sits on top of what you already run. InfinityOmnia connects to existing systems and adds the AI, command-centre and compliance layer above them.

Where is our data hosted?

In-region where you need it, including UAE and India regions. You retain ownership, with role-based access and audit trails throughout.

What happens after six weeks?

You get a measured result against your own baseline, a scale roadmap and a costed business case. If you continue, the pilot fee comes off your first-year subscription.

Is there a free proof of concept?

No, and that is deliberate. Free proofs of concept rarely reach production because nobody owns the result. A paid pilot comes with a named KPI, a delivery team and a full credit if you go ahead — which is why they finish.
